Cosmin Panait is an investment fund manager in New York who has funded a number of private and public companies across a variety of industries, including tech, biotechnology, and direct to consumer. Cosmin is a graduate of Emory University and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Cosmin lives in New York City with Lilian, their two children and two dogs.

Lilian Yang is an entrepreneur, investor, and co-founder of the family's charitable foundation which she oversees. Lilian has held various positions in the financial services industry, most recently as a Vice President at Citigroup, and roles at Strategic Insight. Lilian currently holds a Director position on the board of the NYSPCC, and also recently served on Duke University's Fuqua School of Business Alumni Council. Lilian is a graduate of University of Edinburgh and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business Lilian lives in New York City with Cosmin, their two children and two dogs.
